The Child Support Platform

As part of a ground-up product launch, I became a core developer on a brand-new, enterprise-level Child Support application built for the State of Alaska — serving both child support professionals and the general public, including parents (obligors/obligees). I worked end-to-end on its development, translating real-world government workflows into secure, scalable, and user-friendly software, including data migration tooling to convert legacy records into the new system.

I also developed secure account-sharing functionality that let users and organizations grant and manage role-based access across portals — for example, employers granting payroll firms access, or parents delegating case access to guardians — via a Java/C# frontend with SQL backend integration. A few of the portals I worked on: Client Portal, Business Portal, and Tribal Portal.
